DEANNA ARNOLD PHR, SHRM-CP – OWNER & HUMAN RESOURCES CONSULTANT
Deanna Arnold is an HR Consultant with a solid generalist background and extensive experience in creating and establishing the Human Resources function for an organization. She has proven successful in her field by providing solid Human Resources guidance and leadership in various industries, for both small and large organizations. Her industry experience includes, but not limited to, commercial & residential construction, real estate development, hospitality, and distribution & manufacturing.
Deanna graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University with a Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management and became a Certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) shortly thereafter. She has been an active member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) since 2003 and is an active member of the Charlotte Area Society for Human Resources Management (CASHRM), the Lake Norman Chamber of Commerce, the Lake Norman Executive Group, is serving as the Treasurer on the Board of Directors for the LakeNormanHR SHRM Chapter and is on the HR Advisory Committee for the Mecklenburg County Board of County Commissioners.
LINDSAY COOBS – REGIONAL HUMAN RESOURCES CONSULTANT (ROANOKE, VA)
Lindsay is a dedicated Human Resources Consultant and Advisor who partners with small businesses and non-profits in the Roanoke Valley and surrounding region. Her areas of HR expertise include: compensation structure and planning; employee relations; coaching; training and development; performance management; recruiting; talent management; onboarding/termination; and all areas of HR administration and implementation.
Lindsay earned her Master’s Degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations at the Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota. She is a member of Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and Roanoke Valley SHRM chapter. She is dedicated to partnering with local businesses and working to improve the health of Roanoke’s small business community.
JENNIFER KENNERLY SPHR, SHRM-SCP – HUMAN RESOURCES CONSULTANT
Jennifer is a Charlotte Human Resources Consultant and is a Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). She has practiced in the Human Resources field for over 20 years, providing her with enough experience to be one of Charlotte’s most seasoned Human Resources Consultants. Her background has exposed her to many generalist aspects of human resources including strategic management, organization change/design, recruiting, benefits strategy and management, employee services, employment practices, training and continuing education. Her intuitive people skills, sharp business acumen and excellent leadership and coaching skills have driven her success in critical roles with increasing responsibility throughout her career.
Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from Appalachian State University. She is a member of the National Society of Human Resources Management and the President of Kickstart for Character, a local non-profit organization dedicated to providing access to training Martial Arts to children who are not otherwise financially able to train.
ANGELA GENARO RUILOVA – HR CONSULTANT
Angela is a Human Resources Consultant and HR Small Business Partner serving as an adviser, consultant and counselor to organization leadership. She has multi-industry, multi-state HR experience to help build and maintain an appropriate company infrastructure. Her advanced competencies include Talent Management, Tactical Business Planning & Strategy, Transition Planning and Leadership Coaching. She’s a collaborative and results oriented Human Resources Consultant capable of establishing productive and influential relationships across the organization. Areas of specialty are in effective transition management during organizational restructure and determining HR infrastructure to enable company growth.
ZINA EGILSSON, PHR – HUMAN RESOURCES CONSULTANT & RECRUITER
Zina has 20 years of experience in Human Resources. She served as an HR Director for a Structural Engineering firm for 10 years where she was responsible for operations, budgeted labor costs, benefits, payroll, organizational & strategic planning, as well as recruiting & hiring for PE Civil/Structural & PHD level engineers and all the other positions within the company. She ran a Staffing Agency in South Park for 6 years. Prior to that she held the position of HR Staffing Specialist for the U.S. Department of Defense. She held a Top Secret Security Clearance while running the Civilian Personnel Office where she staffed all the facilities on the Army, Air Force, Navy, and Marine base for 4 years in Japan.
Tammy Medico, PHR and SPHR-CP – HR CONSULTANT & RECRUITER
Tammy is an extremely experienced and highly capable Strategic Human Resources professional who has excelled in a diverse set of industries. She shines at implementing strategic initiatives while integrating balance between progressive solutions and consideration of employee and management needs. She served as the VP of Human Resources for a mid-sized bank, a Senior HR Consultant for the Industrial and tech sectors, a VP of Human Resources for 25 airport locations across the US and in leadership positions in the non-profit and financial sectors. Tammy graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from Granite State College.
MELONIE GEDDES – HR COORDINATOR
Melonie is a Human Resource consultant with a generalist background and experience with corporate and agency recruiting and job placement. Her zeal for her own professional satisfaction translates to her passion for spearheading programs to improve employee satisfaction and engagement. She is an employee advocate operating within organizational objectives to build a satisfied workforce to contribute to continued organizational improvement and success. Her specialties include job placement, policy and procedure advisement, business communications and employee engagement.
Melonie is a Lake Norman native who has lived in center city Charlotte for over 20 years. She graduated from UNCC with a Cum Laude distinction and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. She is actively involved in the movement to make Charlotte a more bike-friendly community, is an animal rescue advocate (with 2 of her own) and volunteers for the Humane Society of Charlotte and Crisis Assistance Ministry, among others.
