Maybe many workers just hate their jobs.
Experts say that's one explanation why workers are fleeing their jobs at historic rates, with a quit rate at 2.7% in April, according to the latest data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics.
“Of course there are some people that just hate working but I think the bigger picture here is that people are tired of how being at work makes them feel.
