    For companies under 50 employees, we offer packages starting at $249 per month for as needed HR support or our Small Business HR Department package ranges from $1,500 to $5,000 per month. Pricing for a la carte services or project work varies based on the project's scope. For companies with 50 – 300 employees, our EAEdge division fractional HR services are available starting at $499 per month. Pricing for a la carte services or project work varies based on the project’s scope.
  • Should I hire internal HR versus using outsourced, fractional HR?
    Let’s compare the 2 options
  • Am I locked into a contract?
    No, you’re not locked into a contract. All of our agreements for services allow for a 30-day cancellation notice at any time.
  • Do your services include payroll?
    No. We don’t do payroll, but we work with some great small business friendly payroll service providers that we can bring in if you need payroll services.
  • Can you provide HR support for a remote or hybrid work environment?
    We sure can. We are a remote workforce ourselves, and many of our clients work remotely. We have established processes and procedures to support remote, hybrid, and onsite work environments.
  • Can you manage our 1099 contractors?
    No, we don’t manage contractors, or anyone paid via a 1099. Those are vendors, not employees. Human Resources is only applicable to employees on payroll who are paid via a W-2.
  • Can you support a company with employees in multiple states?
    Yes, we can support multi-state companies and their varying compliance requirements.
  • Can my employees reach out to our HR representative?
    Absolutely.The dedicated HR representative for your company is available to all employees and management of the company.
  • Can you come onsite to our location?
    Certainly! Our team is based in North Carolina and can incorporate regular onsite visits for local companies. Additionally, we are available to travel onsite as needed for clients outside of the Carolinas.
  • Can you help us with Recruiting?
    Yes! We have a Recruiter on staff that can handle direct hire recruiting as well as creating and implementing a recruiting and onboarding process that fits your business and specific positions.
  • How do I get my small business started with HR services?
